Great customer service, FIRM mattress

Customer service is top notch. However, the mattress is so firm I feel like I am just perched on top of it (I am average size, not small) and I wake up stiff in the morning and the middle of the night. I hope it softens up. I want to get a topper,but I paid extra for the copper, so it would defeat the purpose (and I'm not sure sheets will fit). My partner says he feels like his head is lower than his feet, which I don't notice,so we are trying to figure that out.
Will modify my review if things change! But again,great customer service!

Way too hard

I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for about a month and 3+ weeks of it have been incredibly uncomfortable. I’m 160 lbs so maybe I’m not heavy enough to sink in but it’s definitely firm… practically like sleeping on the ground. My husband does sink in a bit but has been uncomfortable for about a week now, so much so that we started looking into other beds. A bed is one of the most important purchases and we had such high hopes for the nectar! I don’t doubt it’s a great mattress, it’s just too firm for us.
