Although I find the bed “comfortable” my wife says it’s not nearly as soft as she’d thought it would be. She’s not happy.

I think it is too soft. I roll around quite a bit before falling asleep and if I roll onto my stomach I find that it is quite uncomfortable with my body sunk down and my head too high on a more rigid pillow. I'm sure I could alter this or that, but I'm giving it a few months to see how it feels. The wife loves it already though.
