The mattress was great for the first 6 months, now my wife (132lbs) and I (168lbs) fight for the middle because wear we normally sleep there’s holes and we wake up sore

The legs of th3 bed got weak and sounds like on old bed. After using the massage ipen once a day, in less than a year the mottor for the massage. Does not longer work. Took halve tge hight of the bed to improve stability, it work for a whioe and now the other halve of the legs is weak as well. The function to lifte the head of the b3d is convinian for my acid redlex but I feel robed about the rest of the adveraiment including better sleep, etc.

Uncomfortable Mattress

While we did purchase the premier king mattress back in 2023 I just recently saw this review email while looking for a mattress purchase from a different retailer. We looked through many different mattress brands but decided to go with this one because it looked very promising. Well it turned out not to be. I have hated this mattress since the first 2 months in, it is not comfortable at all. We wake up with neck and back pain almost daily. I thought mattresses would last longer than this. It is dented on the sides and uneven which can be expected but there is a big lump in the middle of the mattress so nobody can sleep there comfortably. I wish I would have gone through my emails sooner and checked out the return and warranty policy. We have had enough of putting up with this mattress and are in the market for a new one. Would probably not be going with another one of these.
