When we first got this mattress, I didn't know if I'd like it. I'm not used to ordering mattresses online, we normally go to the store. We bought it for my mother who is 89. She loved it right off. It is very thick and firmer then I thought it would be but its also very comfortable. Very pleased.

We’ve had our mattress for a couple months and it has softened up a bit since arriving, but my partner doesn’t find it comfortable and thinks it hurts his back as a side sleeper. We are getting a 3” mattress topper to make it more comfortable.
