I REALLY love this mattress. It is on the softer side, which I prefer. It is quite thick, so you definitely need deep pocket sheets. I don’t feel hot when sleeping in it which is so important to me because I like to be cold when I sleep. I replaced my Tuft & Needle with this one and I have no regrets! It is amazing, I sleep more soundly and so much better!

Collapses on the side.

Not a great mattress. I am very light yet it collapses on one side and you want to fall off the bed. The bed is decently comfortable but you have to move to the center of the bed so you don't roll off and fall off because it squishes even if you're not very heavy and the side sags down.

Hot bed!

The bed sleeps, extremely hot I mean like really hot. I would’ve returned this during the trial. But I wasn’t sure if it was because it was 1000° outside, I live in Texas, or if it was the bed. Now that winter has come, and temperatures have dropped and it’s literally freezing outside. I’ve realized that it is definitely the bad that retains heat. I am thinking about investing in one of those sleep cooling devices, but I would not purchase this if I had all this information.
