I have not used my nectar bed yet.The day it arrived I got the call to go to Philadelphia for a lung transplant. I am still here and will be for at least 2 more months

Pro's: individual comfort is a guarantee, the vibration feature is very relaxing, heat in the mattress through out the night is definitely decreased.
Con's: The mattress slides off the bed on the sides. Any other use of the bed creates a huge gap down the middle that makes adult time uncomfortable.
