Refund Policy is Fake

I bought this mattress to try out, I heard great things about it. However, the mattress was too soft for me and created back problems. They advertise a great return policy however don't be fooled by it. The 365 days is for Mattresses only and not the adjustable frame that I also purchased so when I got my return, they would not let me return the frame with the bed and I am out all of that money. I feel this company is dishonest and I don't want others to be fooled by them. Buyers beware!
