Screws and holes don’t match up.

Received our bed set with one of the pillows zipper already broken. Contacted customer service and they sent a new set in a jiffy. Really enjoyed the ease with their customer service. Problem is... when trying to put the bed frame together, 2 of the holes you have to screw the bracket and frame into were not aligned. I had just moved into a new home and needed the bed immediately, I was not prepared to wait another 2-3 weeks for a new frame to arrive so we have just put the insecure side at the feet end so not much pressure would lie on it.

I waited a long time to get a bed. This bed is fabulous - it’s like sleeping on air but firm. I can sleep in ANY position and be comfortable. I highly recommend this mattress

Comfort zone

I’ve always heard about memory foam but it’s only recently that I pulled the trigger to purchase one. It’s comfortable as described and my usual neck pains in the morning, gone! However, I’m now experiencing occasional night sweats and warnings from other reviews have come to light. Memory foam does conduct heat more and was hoping for a solution other than swapping the mattress to something else.

It is just a little soft for our liking (mostly in the middle where our rear-ends are) but otherwise comfortable. Good mattress for the $$.

My husband and I love the Nectar mattress! I was skeptical at first because he requires and firm mattress and I require a soft. It's perfect for both of us. It works really well with our King craftmatic base.

Don't like it at all

Mattress's memory foam is too slow to bounce back. My rear end make too big a depression which takes a while to come back when I turn over. I'm a light sleeper so this disturbs my rest.
