Actually I’m some issues with

Actually I’m some issues with it. It feels like a tube by four is running down the center or something. It creates a hill and valley effect

My Nectar mattress

This new mattress is definitely as comfortable as our old mattress a temper pedic rhapsody mattress. We love love LOVE it. It is about as firm as a high density foam I would say equivalent to about an. 8. We are full sized and sink a little and feel great support. So glad we found it And we got the sheets pillows etc which are also very high quality. Sleep well folks

Not what I expected

I don't usually do this but I've been having trouble on getting help to return my mattress, since the day I got it it hasn't work for me I contact support and was told they couldn't no anything until.the first 30 day and to give it a shot to se if my body adjust to it and I did but didn't work for me ( not a bad mattress just didn't work for me) I've sent a few messages to start a return but and asking what is the procces of doing it but no luck. Honestly I don't think it's a bad mattress at all it just didnt work for me I've been having more back pain when I sleep on it. All I want to know is of there is anyone that can help me to process the return of the mattress and thanks.

Love this bed

This bed is very comfortable. I was having a lot of shoulder and back pain with my old mattress-- both have improved with this mattress. Have already recommended the mattress to others.

It's a comfortable mattress but so was my last mattress, get back to me in a couple of years and ask that question. My old mattress contoured in a couple years and they wouldn't replace it.
