Not made for the petite

Maybe it's because I don't weight enough to break in the bed but I'm a petite side sleeper and I still can't get a full night's sleep. The mattress is still firm which doesn't feel good on my neck and shoulders.

Give it more time!

I'm not going to lie, I was very unhappy with this mattress the first two weeks. It felt firm. I didn't feel uncomfortable when I laid on it but I could not sleep. I had a hard time falling asleep and wouldn't stay asleep for more than an hour. I was roasting hot every night. Sweating, tossing, and turning. I was sure we needed to return it. After about 3 weeks it really did adapt to my body. I now sleep great! I don't wake up hot. No back pain.

Sleeping in comfort

I was coming from a type of air mattress that was leaking somewhere. I was not getting comfortable sleep even before the leak. The nectar is much firmer and took some getting used to but is so much better. I have been primarily a side sleeper but find I am now comfortable on my back as well. This mattress gives me the support I need and I never wake up with pain in my hips or back, as I did before. The pillows, as well as the mattress protector and sheets, are great, too. I am very happy with my choice of purchase.

I just wanted to take the time to let everyone know they can trust this company's complete return policy. We purchased the Nectar mattress with a lot of hesitation simply because it was online. The mattress was very nice but just didn't suit our substantial bodies. The representatives that reached out to us during the return process were as nice and helpful as you could ask for in this situation. After a series of offers to help us adjust the mattress, the company gave us a coplete refund. They even donated the mattress to a local charity. They stood by their word.
