Live chat with Nectar assured me that I didn’t need a box spring or platform with a log bed at our cabin. After one night, it was obvious that I had been misled. We were required to travel to the nearby town in order to purchase a box spring. Have only spent a night or two on it as it is at our remote cabin.

It’s only been a month so difficult to assess the mattress yet. At this point I’d say it’s pretty comfortable but does hold heat.
