It is not as firm as expected

The mattress did not meet my expectation,
The side where I sleep on is now lower than the other side
Which makes the whole space not comfortable

I like the firmness of the other side now, so I started to sleep on the other side and I guess it will go lowered as well after some time

My mattress is so comfortable. I love the adjustable settings to watch tv. The massage setting help me fall asleep. Well worth the price. My bed is my new happy place.
