Adjustable frame came with a defective Power Supply

After the assembly of the adjustable frame, I connected the power supply to the frame and plugged it in to the outlet, no power.

The mattress is a little to firm and it slides off the side of the from. I always have to slide it back on.

We've purchased the Split King (nothing special) several Years ago and just upgraded the other bedrooms with the Standard King ( nothing special) Love these Mattresses !

I got this king size bed and had really high hopes. However things were very disappointing. I previously had a full and it is like night and day. Two completely different feels. Trying to figure out how to return this hot mess 🤦🏼♂️
