I have major neck and back pain. I have tried about 6 mattresses and this one is by far the “Best”. If you have the same problems I do, you need the adjustable frame with the zero gravity feature. I just realized I had it last night. I pushed the icon and the whole bed raised up. It was wonderful. I highly recommend this mattress.
