Best mattress for menopause

Once I started getting hot flashes during the night and my joints woke me up more than ever before, I went shopping for a new mattress. This was the BEST purchase I ever made!! I stay cool and no more pain waking me up!! I have suggested this mattress to several friends and they bought one too and they love it as much as I do!!

Never had a mattress that said it was cooling and now I sweat more than ever. Also stiff as a board. Trying to find info to return. Really thought this was the mattress for me. Sleep in my sides and have to rotate because hips start hurting - no, I don’t have bad hips prior. I do like the pillows though.

We, as well as my son and three grandsons sleep on Nectar mattresses. They are very comfortable and don’t flatten out. There hold there form.
