I started having problems with my neck and shoulders. My old mattress was only a year old. I rotated it every two weeks and still no relief. I purchased a nectar mattress and the pain left. I’m a side sleeper. I’ve been sleeping on the nectar mattress for two months and I am pain free. Buying a new mattress considering that the old one was only a year old was a hard financial pill to swallow. But trust me, it was worth it. I have no regrets.
