Very Poor Mattress removal experience

The mattress and frame was delivered on time. But mattress removal with their partner Sharetown is very painful.
I reached out to them multiple times, every time I get a different excuse. First they hide behind the legally allowed 30 days window. Now that the 30 days removal window is over, they still haven’t done a thing to take the mattress away…

Seems like once they make their money, they don’t care to honor the no hassle removal.
I wonder if returning a mattress is really as easy as they advertise

The mattress never really flattened out, probably was not cut correctly because one of the corners still point upward. Still don’t know exactly which side is the head or the side. Tried using a tape measure and that did not help. They do contour to your body and keep that shape, have to roll out of the divots every morning. The only comfortable spot is in the middle where no one has slept. Wake up with back aches. It’s an expensive transitional mattress. Not sustainable for over a year.

Lost it’s firmness after a year

This mattress was amazing at first. After a year the spots where we sleep (I am 140lbs and my husband 180lbs) are super soft and not firm anymore. This is ok if you are a back or side sleeper, but I am a belly sleeper and not have awful back pain. Of course it happened at right over the year mark (once the return window is done). We are going to flip it and hope to get one more year out of it.

Do not believe their advertising that they will pick up the mattess if you want to return it! They will not.

I ordered a Premiere mattress and it is way too firm for me. I tried to get used to it, but just couldn't. When I called to return it, I was told ShareTown would contact me to make arrangements for pickup. I live in Los Angeles County in California and was told they have no affiliates in my area who can pick it up, so I now have to get rid of it myself and send Nectar a receipt for the disposal/donation before they will refund my money. So, it's my problem. If they don't have an affiliate in an area as large as Los Angeles, CA, then this must happen all the time. So, if you buy it and you don't like it, you will be the one figuring out what to do with it. I'm sure they hope most people won't want the hassle and will just keep it. Not me. I'll throw it away first. This was my second Nectar mattress.............it will be my last.

I got it because it was supposed to be firmer but It was too soft for me, but maybe another one of the options would have felt better.
