It's exactly what I was hoping for.

It took a few days of adjustment because I was used to a soft, but not healthy, old mattress. However, once I got used to my new Nectar mattress I noticed I was sleeping better and that my chronic neck and back pain was gone in the mornings.

I got rear ended and

I got rear ended and now have 6 herniated discs between my back and neck, so I needed a better mattress that would relieve pressure and pain. This has been perfect, I no longer wake up in pain, and it offers just the right amount of support. As an added bonus I don't wake up every time one of my pets jumps on or off the bed, as there doesn't seem to be any motion transfer. Would recommend for anyone with a similar traumatic back injury!
