We switched from a standard spring mattress to this one. It was a bit of an adjustment for the first week, but both my husband and I are waking up less and feeling more rested each morning. I was hoping it would solve some of our back aches, and they haven’t resolved yet (but they were tweaked while being active and not while sleeping, so I’m not sure a switch in mattresses is going to fully solve it). After a month, the foam does seem to conform to our bodies faster than it did at the beginning. We really like it. I think we made the right decision.

I wish I loved it!

I suppose I’m a tossed and a turner, and I just can’t get comfy on this mattress! It’s much to firm for me to lay on my back or side. I end up sleeping on my stomach, which I don’t prefer at all.

Too hot

I bought this mattress on a recommendation from a friend. First off, somehow they placed my order twice and I received 2. I wanted to send one back, but what a hassle and wound up keeping both. The bed in the spare room needed replaced anyway. Next, I realized I was hot sleeping on it. I thought it might be the cover because it has a rubberized bottom side. So I removed it and put on one I had. Still hot. I have to turn the heater in the house down 10 degrees just to be comfortable. Which is OK I guess for heating bills.

Unacceptable Service

My new mattress is great; I purchased a mattress during Black Friday sale due to 2 great reviews I got from loved ones. I was told Nectar did a great job and were super helpful with removing your old mattress same day they delivered your new one for you. This was not my experience; it's been 4 weeks and they still haven't sent someone to pick up my old mattress. Super disappointed as I'm unable to remove it from my home by myself.
