Broken foundation

Received my foundation today. Have been waiting a couple of days since receiving mattress and sheets. A leg was broken on the foundation. It will take 2 days for them to contact me to take care of the problem. That means it will be actually 4 days due to the weekend and the product is not useable.

Not sure how good the mattress is. Customer service does not give any information. Website states 7-10 days when you purchase it. Order at your own risk, currently they are now saying 22-26 days before they will even ship the product. Wondering now why I even bothered to try them since apparently they lie right after they get your money.

Best bed I've ever owned

I am a thin Caucasian female recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and three protruding disks in my lower back. This bed gives me the firm support I need without feeling hard. And an amazing bonus is that I stay cool while sleeping. I couldn't be more pleased with my Nectar mattress, and the soft bedding was an added bonus!
