Worst Mattress EVER!!!

I purchased a queen mattress May 2021, however, I did not receive it until July 2021. The mattress was uncomfortable immediately, but, I knew it would require a time of adjustment. It is now October 2022, and the mattress is UNBEARABLE! My husband and I are small people, and very fit, however; we wake every morning achy from the restless night of tossing and turning. There is a "hump/ridge" down the center of the mattress that has been there from day one. When I inquired about it I was told that this would work out over time. We are now replacing our 1 year old mattress with a standard mattress. This has been a very expensive experience.

Mattress is the perfect balance of comfortable and firm. My previous mattress was just slightly too firm, but I didn't want something too soft. Love going to bed at night!

Comfortable but prepare to sweat

Very comfortable and sleep well other than getting sweaty. Bought cooling sheets & eventually needed to get a cooling mattress pad to keep from getting sweaty, even with no covers. I am not typically a hot sleeper.
