Mattress is great but frame is a joke!

I bought my mattress about a year ago. Slats keep moving and the mattress falls through. Some slats are jagged on the ends. We have to take the mattress completely off and try again. I finally gave up at 4:30 a.m. this morning and stayed up. We will rebuild it before I go to bed tonight. Looking for a new steel frame, even though I shouldn't have to this soon. Nectar tells me the frame was put together incorrectly and want me to take the mattress off and send pics of the frame with slats. Never again!

At first I was upset with getting a faulty bed, after speaking with Ariana E. I was sent a new bed that expanded perfectly. More comfort and better sleep than I have had in a while. Thank you for resolving that issue.
