Great Mattress

I recently bought a new home and needed a mattress, I looked at several over a few weeks. I recalled being super sick at my uncle's house earlier in the year - he let me sleep on his bed while he was out, it was the only place I could get relief from the body aches and actually sleep. So, when it was time to buy my own mattress, I asked what mattress he had that was so relieving when I felt my worse. It was Nectar! So, I bought a king size for me and love it! I figured if I could sleep well when I felt terrible, I will sleep well when I feel good too and I do! I love it - thank you!

BUYER BEWARE! Does not honor warrantee!!

I purchased this mattress in 2018. It started out okay. Over the past 4 years, the mattress is sagging where the center is like a gully when 2 average weight people are in the bed. You literally have to crawl out of it! I was going to purchase a new mattress (Not Nectar again) In my search Nectar came up in the reviews as one of the best mattresses. I decided to contact Nectar to see about the warrantee, It has now been 11 days of sending Nectar over 30 pictures of the mattress! Mind you every time they request more, you have to strip your bed down to the mattress pad! We took pictures as request of: All 4 corners, a birds eye view, weight testing with 2 gal. jugs of water, level with a ruler to show the gully! I would get emails from Nectar to confirm my address for replacement and 2 hours later I would get an email requesting MORE pictures! Spoke to another representative today (On hold now for 45 min) She said they were going to honor replacement, took my shipping address, put me back on hold and now tells me they are NOT going to send a new mattress as the gully has to be more the 1 1/2"!!! I told her putting 2 gallons of water on a bed is not the same equivalent as 2 adult size humans in a bed. Weight test is ridiculous. I asked to speak to a manager and now have been on hold for 45 minutes. All managers are busy on phone is what I am told. Anyway, beware buying this mattress as if you run into an issue, they will have you jump through hoops and will most likely will not honor the "warrantee".

I'm a nurse on 3rd shift. I use to think I slept really well anywhere I slept. I bought this bed because after years in Healthcare my back always hurts. I also would wake up tired but I figured it was just the shift I work. I bought this bed hoping it was going to be worth the money. First sleep, I woke up and was ready to move and didn't feel stiff at all! I bought the adjustable frame with it so I could sleep with my head and feet slightly elevated, the frame is sturdy, I suspect it will last for some time. The massage setting for the frame is so nice! It's not a real massage that you would suspect but the motion and vibration is so soothing, it takes my husband a long time to sleep but with the massage he starts dozing within minutes. The mattress is medium-firm which I prefer, very soft. I just love my new bed! So worth it, I don't think I'll ever go elsewhere again.
Side note: there is a weird almost silly putty smell when you first set it up. It does go away, don't let it deter you

I love this mattress! I have back problems, but I love a squishy bed. This bed is the perfect firmness and squish! Didn't have a weird smell out of the box. Amazing mattress for the price :) So happy with it.

Ultra firm, but supportive

This mattress is FAR firmer than advertised. They say it's a 6.5 out of 10 for firmness, and maaaybe that's true after you've broken it in completely, but if you're used to a plush mattress the relative hardness of Nectar is a bit of a shock, like an 8 or 9. HOWEVER! It is still somehow so unbelievably supportive that I fall asleep easily, most of my early morning aches and pains are gone, and I am sleeping like someone whacked me over the head with a rock. So it's totally worth it! Maybe get a snuggly blanket if you want the cozy factor for sleeping.
