Worst back pain ever

I have had this mattress for two years now. Even from the first few months I slept on it, it was never really comfortable to me and the mattress gets super hot. I wake up sweating most nights. Also, I always wake up super sore sleeping on this mattress compared to when I sleep anywhere else. The last 6 months, I can’t sleep because no matter how I lay the back pain is unreal. I have to drag myself out of bed every morning with the worst back pain. It makes it so hard to move or function. It normally takes a couple hours for this pain to go away. Again, this doesn’t happen to me when I sleep in any other bed that isn’t the nectar. I wish I would have sent this bed back in the first year when it already caused me so much pain. Instead I waited until I physically can’t get out of bed because the pain is so bad. Also going to mention that I am young and this shouldn’t be a problem. My husband has started to not sleep because the mattress is really uncomfortable for him as well. We are shopping for a new mattress now after owning this one for less than two years. Expensive purchase not to keep for very long. I do not recommend.
