Ok but it holds more heat than they say. And it’s a lot more firm than expected. All I all it’s a nice mattress except for those two issues

Not sure how I missed it but I was under the impression that my mattress would be delivered to my room and placed on my base AND that my old mattress would be removed. This is not the case and since I'm a senior I'm not quite sure how I'll get this mattress upstairs or the old one taken away. So far, this is not a good experience. I'll update once I get the mattress set up and the old one taken away. Disappointed.
