Not Suitable for heavier set people

I purchased this mattress with the hopes of a better sleep and I also needed a new one. First night was hard to adjust...so I let a couple of nights go by. On the third night I couldn't sleep on this mattress. My pillows slide into the backboard on the mattress. In the morning when I make the bed I find myself scooting the mattress back to the headboard at least 3-4 inches. I'm a very Hot sleeper so the mattress does not help at all with the temperature of my body. The most important thing I'm 6 feet 2 inches tall and my weight is 277 this mattress is not sturdy. It literally sink in the spots where I lay down and when I try to move around it's very hard to "grip" the mattress to move. When I tried calling so I can return it they wanted me to take pictures of my bed,house,the frame it was on. I felt uncomfortable doing that and sharing my privacy of my home. If it's a 10 year warranty and I've had it for about a month now and don't like it you should take it back and I shouldn't have to jump thru hops to return it.

Headboard and Frame/Customer Service

I ordered a King bed, headboard and frame. I received both within a couple weeks, which is great. However all the legs for the frame were broken. Ok, I get that things happen, no problem I'll just request replacement parts. Not as easy as it sounds. They have repeatedly asked me for the same information and pictures which I have sent 3 times. As of now I have been waiting over 2 weeks since my request and still it has not even been shipped and will most likely will be another 2 weeks. The beds are great, just DON'T get their headboard and frames.
