Disappointing Second Purchase

I own a Queen size mattress that I purchased from nectar over a year ago - bought it together with the bed frame and sleep bundle sheet set.
So, when I decided I wanted a bigger bed, I decided to buy from this same company a King Size mattress with bed frame and sleep bundle sheet set. Unfortunately, this second purchase came as a disappointment (not all of them though).
First, the pillows did not expand to the size that they are supposed to be (at least I feel like it didn't). When I compare it to the previous purchase, the pilots that came with it, fit snugly into the pillowcases that came in with the sleep bundle sheet set. I have laid out the new pillows to expand since June 21 (as soon as I received them) and up until June 30, hoping they would expand some more even after the 3-day window that they were supposed to do that. But when I put them inside the pillowcases that came from the Nectar Sleep Bundle Sheet Set, they had at least a 3-inch room from top to bottom and at least a 5-inch room from side to side. Basing off of my previous purchase, I don't think they expanded the way they were supposed to.
Secondly, the Sleep Bundle Sheet Set was another disappointment. The sheets were very sheer to the point that I can see the blue piping on the pillow through the pillowcase, from a few meters away. I even placed a different pillow (for comparison, thinking that maybe it was more visible because it was a blue-colored piping) but I was still able to see a white-colored tag (from a different pillow) through the pillowcase, looking at it from the same distance as I previously did.

We got to sleep on it for a week before we went to the hospital for the birth of our first born. We have both been so excited to get home and sleep on this mattress again.

I have had my Nectar mattress for around a month now & haven’t had any issues at all. Firstly, it shipped extremely fast & was very simple to unpackage. My mattress fully expanded within 24 hours & it has been very comfortable since. It is on the stiffer side but I haven’t had any issues with any back pain or soreness at all. It is still very comfortable & it keeps me cool as I’m normally a hot sleeper. Overall, I wouldn’t change my decision about buying this mattress.

Side sleeper who's had surgery on both shoulders. 1 month in on the Nectar and my sleep quality has gotten better.
