We will be going through the return process.
It is very hard and also it is difficult to roll over or get up from.

Mixed emotions. And off-gassing was horrible.

Have had it for five months now.
Mattress seems like a decent mattress, quality made. First time for memory foam for me; I generally like it, but still think I likely prefer an innerspring.
Pillows included are decent.
Sheet set is adequate, despite a number of loose threads hanging off of them. Gives sense of mass manufacturing of these.
Off-gassing absolutely horrible for me. The box arrived on a Wednesday I seem to recall, I opened the box/mattress on a Sunday. Had to leave it sit, with fans and windows open at times, for a full week to get the odorous air to an acceptable level. There was still a bit of off-gassing for the next month. I still notice a chemical foam smell from time to time to date. I will never buy another memory foam because of this aspect of them.

Needed mattress for our home away from home apartment! Very comfortable! The mattress cover, sheets and pillow were an added bonus.

i've been sleeping great so far! i do run a little hot at night, but after finding the right bedding combination i've been very comfortable. fwiw, my cat now spends all day sleeping on the bed which they have never done before.

Way too soft

I've been having a ton of back pain since purchasing this mattress. I usually like a mid-firm mattress, and that's what I thought I was getting, but this mattress is very soft. It also sinks in the middle with two people in it. Makes us both feel like we're rolling into the middle.

Best sleep in years

I had a firm, Beauty Rest mattress for 15 years before I got the Nektar medium-firm mattress. For the first time in ten years I now sleep through the night. I had come to believe the middle night urination awakening was a bladder issue. Now I realize it was a sleep issue. I would add that my sleep is now a lot more restorative to the aches that develop in my legs from using an elliptical four days a week. Needless to say, I am very happy with my Nektar thus far.
