Beware

Do not want to honor their warranty. Mattress was fine for a long period of time but started to notice the mattress was pulling us to the edge. Then our backs started to give us problems. Tried another mattress and the problems went away. Contacted them about the issue and warranty and they had us take pictures of a gallon of milk and a yard stick on the mattress. I guess a gallon of milk represents our bodies. Notified us that after reviewing the pictures of the gallon of milk and yard stick on the mattress that nothing was wrong with the mattress. In short they do not want to honor the warranty. BEWARE

Love my new mattress

So comfy! Soft but not too soft. As a side sleeper I notice that the pains in my hips and legs that I would sometimes wake up with are a thing of the past. Just one thing - it was suggested when I received it to open it up on the bed frame - good idea except that it opened up upside down. It was a bit of a struggle for one person and a small one at that to flip it. If it could open the right way up that would be perfect . It was worth the struggle though.

Slept on a nectar mattress for a week at my sister's place. Got should and hip relief within days.
Came home immediately purchased one. I am not getting the same relief. Only difference is that I do not have the mattress protector.
Seems odd that would be a difference but willing to purchase to give it a try.
Problem is, the king size has been out of stock for months with no date as to when they will get them. Odd... they still offer the bundle with a king size mattress. Wondering if new purchasers are receiving the mattress protector?
