Bed Frame Is Not Strong and Poor Service

Our foundation broke 10 days after the warranty expired. I expect a frame to last more than 3 years. Was told there wasn’t anything they could do. Not even partially honoring it. The bed is fine but I wouldn’t buy again due to poor service. Don’t want to buy a frame every 3 years.
