Disappointed and regrets

Opened the box and released the mattress with great expectations. After a full month of waiting the mattress is still not fully expanded. \It is bowed and something no one could ever sleep on. Three of the corners are bowed up to as much as 3 inches off the platform. One corner never got any thinker than 8 1/@ inches thick. I requested a refund based on their 365 day offer...what I got was a letter asking for photos of the issues, documentation of all kinds of things and a list of things I could try to get it to expand and flatten out. We have been on line and tried every recommendation we could find, including the ones Nectar provided...nothing works. I'm sure like in everything sometimes you get a lemon...but this is a very sour one for sure. We thought we were upgrading to a superior mattress, when we unzipped it what we found was also disappointing. We have had other memory foam mattresses but our current one was 9 years old, felt it was time to get the new cooling type...never got to sleep on it to know if the cooling technology even works.

I'd spend more and get something else

Not great, you spend too much time on a mattress for it to not be exceptional. Spend a little more and get something else.

Queen vs King

I purchased a queen mattress in 2020 and absolutely loved it so when it came time to upgrade to a king for both my husband and I, we knew Nectar was the route we wanted to take. After receiving the king size and sleeping on it, I was extremely upset with the difference in quality compared to the queen. We both sank into the middle when we sleep and the zipper bag or whatever you want to call what the foam is inside of folds up on the edges. We allowed 24 hours before sleeping on the mattress and followed all the instructions but still are seeming to have issues. I give my queen mattress 5 stars but that king size will be going back.

Almost a year

We have had our queen size for almost a year, it's still comfortable just not as comfortable as when we first got it. I have hip and back pain that was relieved when we first got our Nectar, now not so much due to sinking spots in the mattress, we tried rotating every month, that seemed to help a bit.

Terrible build

I have owned countless box mattresses and never had I had one arrive in this condition.
the box was in terrible shape zero care, and the mattress never took its shape.

the back of the bed looks fine while the front looks like a truck ran into it stuck bent upward.

Best Mattress Ever!!

I suffer from herniated discs and sciatic issues. This is the ONLY bed I can actually sleep on. If i try sleeping away, it doesn't work out. I NEED my nectar bed. I wake up able to move and walk. It is the best thing I have ever purchased!!!
