Ordering was easy, shipping was fast, and set went well. So far it has been a great experience. The bed is comfortable, and I slept well from day one. The only thing that I think would be helpful, if even possible, is to have more stability on the edges. When I sit down on the edge of the bed to do something, then go to lay down there is a depression where I sat. So for a short time I'm laying on a slight slope.
Overall I am very pleased with the purchase!

The bed is fantastic and has helped relieve my back pain. It is firm, yet cozy, and allows for you to immediately fall asleep once your head hits the pillow. The pillows are great too!
