Exactly what I expected

This isn't the most comfortable bed in the world, but it certainly is very comfy. I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for a medium firmness foam mattress. The shipment came about 4 days late, but it was packaged well and I'm pleased with my purchase. I will say that my wife is less satisfied with it and complains of sore neck/back now. We're giving it a few more weeks before making any final judgments however.

Mattress is soft but also supportive. Almost no motion transfer. Great sleep compared to my old innerspring.

Return policy

I received my queen mattress on January 30, 2019. I have had on and off back pain since. I asked to return the mattress on February 17, 2020, but I was told I could not because the year warranty was over. However, when I looked at the return policy, it states there is a thirty day adjustment period, then the 365 day trial period starts. Well it seems nectar changed their policy without notification. Starting February 14, 2019 the thirty day policy went into effect, thus misleading me to believe that I still had time for a return. They now tell me i'm basically stuck with a mattress that does not work for me. BUYER BEWARE Nectar changes policies with out notification and the warranty you think you have may not apply.
