Good service, but not our mattress

My husband and I really tried to make the Nectar mattress work. I'm a side sleeper and he's a side/stomach sleeper who loves the edge of the bed. The mattress was just too soft for us, especially my husband. We both had more back pain and he woke up repeatedly during the night.
Nectar's service is great though!! I'm happily surprised by how easy the return was.

I found this mattress at an air bnb we rented on the cape and I slept so good I had to strip down the bed and see what the mattress was. We got it in November and absolutely love it! My husband never slept good and now he is sleeping through the night and so comfortable!
The one and only negative thing was when we received the mattress. They give you a tool to open it so you don’t cut the mattress, well that tool still cut into our mattress a little. So be sooo careful opening your mattress!! Even with that tool. Highly recommend!!

Overall we are very satisfied with the comfort of the Nectar King Mattress. We previously had Nectar Twin and those too were very comfortable. The only issue I have had is with the evenness of the edges after the mattress has fully opened and expanded. Although there is not absolute evenness in height of all edges it has not deterred from the overall comfort of the mattress. We were offered an opportunity to take pictures and request a replacement by customer service , which by the way is the best !!
