my back still hurts

I bought this mattress because they told me that I was going to sleep better and that my back pain would end, but it has not been like that, I think I need more comfort, I can feel when my partner gets up, or makes any movement, and no I think it adapts well to the body

Not to soft you feel trapped. Firm at first. Wake up and it's the perfect sink. (210lbs) I layed down on this closed my eyes opened em and it was day. SHEESH

Isn’t fully inflated no matter how long I’ve left the covers off left it for the first 3 weeks and is still curved up and doesn’t fully lay flat
