Took a long time to get used to. Had back aches the first three weeks. I prefer a softer mattress, this one is too firm for my liking but to complicated to return and find another so I’ll stick with this I guess.

We purchased theee twin mattress’s for our kids new bed frames and they love them. Very easy to unbox and setup. I would recommend Nectar to anyone in the mattress market!

Does not honor their warranty when the bed is horrible to sleep on

This has been a horrible experience. The bed itself is not comfortable and smells like chemicals. Additionally, Nectar does not honor their warranty to pick up the bed if it did not meet the satisfaction of the customer. They put you through 30 day wait period then pawn you to a third party then make it impossible to return the bed unless you do a bunch of work including asking you to dispose of bed and take pictures. This is STILL unresolved.

Too Hard…wish I did not purchase

It is way too hard, I am a side sleeper and my shoulders kill…so much for a good night sleep. I know sometimes you have to break in a mattress, I have been using for about 4 weeks…still not better.
