So far so good, but did not get my 2 free pillows on delivery. I was told that they were packed with my mattress; not so. Was then told they would arrive as their own delivery; nothing arrived thus far, so we will see.

Warranty is questionable

My mattress did not perform well or hold up well. I sent multiple pictures and exchange multiple emails. Finally, I was told they couldn’t do anything because there is a stain on the mattress. It had nothing to do with the performances in .I would stay away.

Not the best but not the worst

I bought the mattress and the base and headboard. The base and the headboard were damaged and were not made correctly. The Velcro and the wooden boards were not made right and thankfully I got ,y refund processed.

I ordered the Nectar with high hopes...and let me tell you it did not disappoint! My husband and i both like different types of bed, i like a little soft and he prefers firm...The Nectar is like getting the perfect hug all night long, it is SO comfortable. We cant say enough good things about our new mattress!

Is very uncomfortable :persevere: is so soft it feels like I’m sinking into a whole and it take me for ever to get off of it because how it just keeps holding me down

No forever warranty

Their "warranty" doesn't cover the matress 2 months later. They also don't care about their customers. My wife and I spent money we saved for a long time on a matress that helped us sleep better at night... Just to tell us we're out of luck when we need a replacement. Just another terrible company selling boxed mattresses.
