I'm disappointed because after many

I'm disappointed because after many weeks of sleeping on my new mattress (1/2 only) I have to move toward the center of the mattress because the mattress slopes toward the side of the mattress. I'm 5'11" and 220 lbs. It shouldn't be that way.

Harder than expected

My first delivery came with a deformed mattress that was soft as expected but deformed. It was replaced and the new one was not deformed but harder than previous Nectar Mattresses Ive purchased. Kristen in customer service did an excellent job or resolving my issues. And, the king pillows were hard as well I had to buy new softer pillows. Ive purchased a queen in the past and it came with the comfiest pillows.

Still debating on returning...

Today I looked at the mattress because my back has been hurting and the mattress is in a zip like fabric protecting the mattress. I unzipped the top of the mattress to look in and find out that I actually only had one beige layer of mattress inside. So according to the website and pictures and diagrams there should be one large layer of beige foam of mattress, then there should be two more gel like layers. One that is a darker blue and one that is a lighter shade of blue. I have none of these. I also noticed that the corner of my mattress has more of a curve
/ rounded than a straight box look to it with my sheets on it. Mind you I am using the same sheets that were sent from nectar. I also I’m still not aware of why my mattress is not fitting correctly inside the bedframe and I have large gaps at the foot of my bed. A friend of mine who purchased the same size bed from the same website last year came over to check our bed up. She told us that her bed is completely different from the one that we were sent.

Got this matttress for our guest bedroom. We currently sleep on a Temper-pedic bed in the master bedroom and LOVE it. Guess I'm just used to something that feels a little firmer and so was UNPLEASANTLY surprised by the "give" when I sit on the side of the mattress (definitely feels like I could fall off somehow). When actually sleeping in a prone position, however, the mattress feels more supportive. Still not certain I want to keep this, but as it's for a guest bedroom, it might not matter if my current "score" is a 7, rather than a 10.
