Too soft & too high

I find this mattress very hard to get on. It sinks down as soon as you try to sit on the side. If you put it on a boxspring it's too high but if you don't it's too low. You can't get a firmer topper until after 15 nights of sleeping on it & you can't return it until you've slept on it for 30 nights. I wake up every morning with the right side of my neck very sore. Not very happy with it.

First time user for an online purchase of a foam mattress. Wife very skeptical of both. After two weeks use, have to say all true as advertised. Simple process, easy to 'install'. Ordered medium firm to replace 20 yr old soft mattress. Wife and I are 60+ yrs old in pretty good shape, but have been waking up to neck and back stiffness last few years. Gone with this mattress! Also were starting to develop night sweats and waking up with wet t/night shirts each morning. Gone as well! Now a believer in the cooling aspect of this mattress. The bundle that comes with, including pillows, are a great add on. Pillows have eliminated neck stiffness in the morning. Highly recommended from a skeptical buyer!
