Works for husband but not for me

Bought this to go to "granny unit" for summer visits with our kids. Wanted to test for both me and husband. He had no problems with the degree of firmness but I did not like it at all. He is 6'2" and 200 lbs. I am 5'5" and 110 lbs and on the thin side. I estimate the firmness level to be about 6.5-7 on the 10 point scale and somewhat like the Tempurpedic Luxe Adapt-Firm. Even adding a mattress topper did not make it work for me. So my I'm answering the questions with his sleep habits in mind, not mine.
I will continue to look for something in the 3-5 range for my firmness. Be warned, if you are small and light weight this may not be for you.

Very soft and hot

We’ve been sleeping on our Nectar mattress for about a month and it is a very soft mattress. My body aches, especially my lower back, when I first crawl out of bed in the morning. It definitely sucks you in to the bed. Every time I move during the night I wake up because I’m practically stuck in the mattress. We have both noticed it sleeps hot compared to our previous memory foam mattress. At this point, I can’t say I would recommend it, unless you just really love very soft mattresses.
One good aspect is you for sure cannot feel the other person moving in the bed.

I'm afraid it's a bit too firm for my liking

I don't feel enough cushion while sleeping on my back. I believe a pillow top style mattress is going to be what I need.

A Great Mattress, but starting to break off

I bought this mattress back in 2018 when my partner and I moved in together. It was the perfect upgrade for us as I can use all the leg space I can, while my partner could get in and out of bed without waking me to get to work (military). We loved this mattress and everything about it, but unfortunately the instructions were not clear and we did not know we could remove the protector. Spot cleaning wasn't working (I have a Bissell green cleaner). The problem now is: we have owned this mattress for 3-4 years now, and the top "layer" (pillow top maybe?) has begun to break off in small chunks. its almost like its disintegrating but not, just random chunks of the foam becoming loose and making it lumpy. Once we have our other mattress protector (we have 2 on it), sheets, and comforter its invisible, but its annoying to see when you are having to wash everything. I have dogs and we keep them off the bed so I don't think they are the one's causing this. I love this mattress and would love to exchange it as this has given my partner and I the best sleep ever, but I don't think it's part of the warranty so I will be stuck with the bed until I can save up money to upgrade to probably the copper model.

Perfect!

I was skeptical about the “bed in a box”. Glad we made the jump. I’m no longer sweating in my sleep, or waking up when my husband twitches or moves for that matter. I’m now sound asleep for hours. The bed took about 2 weeks to adjust to, being we’ve been used to such a soft mattress. This one brings just the perfect amount of support and comfort. I’m a side, and stomach sleeper only. Can’t do the back thing, however my husband only sleeps on his back. He loves this thing. His upper and lower back pain has diminished and he says he’s been sleeping through the night as well. Overall, 10/10 would buy again!! Excellent quality. Thank you Nectar!!
PS - if you’re on the fence, just do it. Buy the mattress. It’s the best!

This mattress is way too soft and is destroying my back. I haven't had a good sleep since I purchased it. I will be returning it.
