Less than 30 days - Could be firmer

The customer service is great. I haven't had my mattress for 30-days. So, I'm still settling in. I purchased because of the price and back pain. It's comfortable, but could be firmer to support my back. I'll wait until 30-days after delivery to determine if I need something firmer or a firm accessory to add on top of the mattress.

This is an awesome mattress! I wish I would have bought it sooner. Not to soft and not to hard it took the pressure off of my hips and I can sleep pain free.

Altho we were concerned about ordering a mattress online, reviews were great & the warranty is superb! Delivery time took longer than we anticipated, but mattress came before our guest did, so all turned out well. They loved the firmness of the mattress so it was a win/win for everyone!

Not a mattress politician, BUT...

It's a good mattress to me, a petite early-20-something woman who is not a mattress expert. If you're looking for comfortable and reliable, this checks every box. The pillows that came in the bundle aren't as comfortable, but you can just use your trusted pillows (like any sane person would). All in all, it's soft and firm at the same time, I sleep on my side and have been sleeping better than I have in months. It's also not TOO comfortable to where you can't just relax or hang out in bed. I definitely recommend it, especially if you are WAY out of the loop on mattress politics like me and just want a bed.

Horrible

When you sleep on the bed you end up rolling off the sides of it. One side didn't even inflate correctly
It has now been 2 weeks and we have done everything we can. They haven't tried to help us in anyway to getting a new bed even after the pictures were sent in of my concerns. Do not recommend! Unless you want to be 1,100 in debt of a bed that doesn't work
