Very comfortable... great nights sleep.

Very comfortable... great nights sleep. We are very pleased. We waited a long time for delivery but were told at order time that it would be 2-4 weeks for delivery and it took 4. Would have been better if they just said approx 4 weeks for delivery and I would not have hoped for sooner. I messaged customer support and they were very quick to respond and very pleasant. We are glad we chose nectar regardless of the wait time. A great value and most comfortable bed we have ever had in the 50 years we have been married. I am accustomed to my credit card being charged at time of shipping but since we got the bed with headboard and linens package we were charged for our entire orderat one time right after our order was placed. This upset me initially but in retrospect it does not seem to be an issue.

Not in love.

The bed was easy to set up. Unfortunately what you gain in affordability you lose in comfort. I often wake up with back pain. It feels like I roll toward the middle and the sides are higher. We followed the directions and waited three days to sleep in it. It was such an incredible headache to ship that I am scared to try to deal with returning. My partner thinks the bed is fine, so I gave it two stars.

Don’t think, just buy!

I rarely write reviews, but this is by far the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and I look forward to sleeping in it every day. I’ve never spent so much money on a mattress, but it’s more than worth it to get such great quality sleep every night. I work 10 hour shifts in a factory every day and I can’t believe I didn’t purchase this sooner. The ONLY bad thing about it is I ordered it around Mother’s Day and it took a full SIX weeks to get to me and shipped AFTER the estimated time window, which I was disappointed in. Other than that, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I fall asleep almost instantly when I lay down instead of tossing and turning for 20 minutes first. I’m a side sleeper, but it’s honestly so unbelievably comfortable no matter which way you sleep. Definitely get the matching pillows!!
