Every line of marketing is false.

After waiting a month for it to arrive... Compared to my 15 year old pillow top, this thing is junk. Woke up in a puddle of sweat and a back ache because my hips sink way down into the mattress (I'm not fat,) had to worry about rolling off all night because the mattress is so squishy. Every position change requires you to fight the old hole your body left. Now I get to figure out how to get it back in the box and get all this extra "free" junk I didnt want packaged up and sent back too. Speaking of free junk... white sheets and pillow cases? What a joke. Im super upset over this whole situation. It's literally like they picked the crappy features of this mattress than lied to cover them up with marketing BS.

Wish it was softer

I keep hoping that the bed will soften up. As of the first month it is still pretty hard. To me there is nothing special about this bed. It is a little more comfortable than the Casper Original that we had.

Worth the Wait

Be prepared to wait for your order to arrive. Ours took 2.5 weeks, and that seems to be the short end of the shipping window. We have slept on the bed for about two weeks now. It took about a week to really begin to break in, but we are really happy with the mattress now. We had another bed in a box that we returned and are hopeful that the Nectar mattress is going to be a good fit for us for years to come.

A Big Help for My Back Problems

I'm 68 and have lower back problems. In addition, I had spasms in my upper back for weeks that just wouldn't go away. Finally bought a Nectar Cali King mattress, and it's been wonderful. I have fewer back problems, thus can sleep better and get up later than the crack of dawn. It's so comfortable, and worth every penny we paid for it.

Good mattress, not so good process

I left a review earlier before I got my mattress and I said I would change it when the mattress actually arrived. I love the mattress. It’s great. The pillows are great, the sheets are great, everything is extremely comfortable. However, it took me a month and a half and four contacts with customer service before I got my mattress and got everything sorted out. So, it’s a really good mattress for the price, but just make order it way in advance of when you need it.
