I just received my matress yesterday, and after long day, including visiting my husband at the hospital, my son came over to help me open it and place it accordingly. We noticed the cover has a slight slit, so we took pictures and waited until this morning to contact a representative. Obviously they asked for a picture, which I sent right away. Then after I was placed on hold for the second time I was asked to look for the tag for a serial number which is at the bottom of it. I explained that I was not able to lift the matress by myself, which means I would have to coordiante to be here for my son to come and help me. I was already overwhelemed and have not used the mattress yet!. Sadly, I patiently waited, was super excited that I got it, to only be so dissappointed. I explained to the rep that I understood it was not his fault, but also shared that I was extremely annoyed that I would have to search for a serial number of an item you sent me. I would have thought that would have been scanned (like everything else these days) and you would have that information available. I am currently enduring some stressful times, and truly do not need the stress of handling something so trivial. I will rather take the time and go a local shop. Sorry it did not turned out to be a positive experience. Perhaps this could help your company to take this into consideration to avoid the same issue for happening again.

Low Quality - Missing Pieces

I thought I had struck gold when I came across the Nectar Bed Frame. It's perfect for my guest bedroom. The quality is a bit so/so, but considering that it wasn't that expensive, I guess that's to be expected. However, I am missing the supporting legs for the slats. Without the support legs, the slats are not sturdy enough to put a mattress on or sleep on. (Again, not the best quality, the bed frame feels a bit rickety). I reached out to Nectar Customer Service and their response was that they would reach out to the manufacturer. It's been several weeks, no slats. I have guests coming and won't be able to use the bed unless I make supporting legs on my own. Guess I got what I paid for.

Great mattress. Give it a few weeks to settle abit. It’s pretty firm in the beginning but we noticed it settled after a few weeks. We are very happy
