Took more than a month to arrive after being sent back multiple times still haven’t gotten it my aunt recently got one and it took a week to even unfold maybe i made the wrong decision choosing this company i really hope you dont make the same mistake

We had some problems with the Nectar controls not working. I contacted the Nectar team through email. They responded within a couple days. I say "they" because it took a couple weeks to handle the issue. But each time I contacted them, they responded immediately with professionalism and not having me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about. Each member was a pleasure to respond to. And after a couple weeks, the issue was taken care of. We need more companies like Nectar! They care about their customers! TWO THUMBS UP AND A BIG TOE!!!!

So far the mattress is great it is a little more firm then I expected. The delivery delays were a bit inconvenient but overall I feel much better when I wake up, don't really wanna get out of bed in the morning. I tend to have so back pain in the morning and so far the pain is subsiding more and more everyday

When I moved into my own place I ordered the Nectar Lush as I’d heard amazing things about the brand. I had been sleeping on a King sized bed in a furnished rental with no idea how old that mattress was and was experiencing hip pain as I’m mostly a side sleeper who tosses and turns like a rotisserie chicken. WOW Hip pain is gone! Bravo Nectar. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that I had a tempurpedic 20+ years ago and every night I got into bed it was like a slow hug and I loved that. This seems like it has a soft layer over a very hard layer and it’s a strange sensation that I can’t describe well-maybe like a hug from a stranger :woman-shrugging:

It’s just the right amount of firmness and it hugs my body too. Very happy with it. Got two extra large Twins with adjustable base so my husband and I can adjust just to our own liking. The massage is a nice extra.
