2months and NO MATTRESS

I’ve been waiting for my mattress since I moved in. Due to that I’ve had horrible sleep since I’ve been sleeping on my tiny couch! WHERE’S MY MATTRESS!

deceptive practices, don't expect to get the mattress when promised--customer service folks are instructed to lie about delivery dates

Terrible business practices--we have waited a month for our mattress to arrive but they keep changing dates--lies, deception--they charged us upfront and now we will have to play games with them to get a refund--AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Firmer is better for us

At first the bed was a lot softer the we where us to. It was hard to roll over in my sleep. So we chatted with your online help and received a firmer topper. Wow what a difference love my bed. Rolling is easy and just that right amount of firmness. Thank you

The mattress is the perfect firmness. There is no motion transfer between partners. The foundation is secure.
