Not made for heavy people

Still in our first few months using this mattress. I have literally fallen off the bed three times. This has not happened to me in my whole adult life. The edges are not firm. My husband and I are both heavy people and this mattress just does not seem to give either of us enough support. We do wake up with backaches. We are both side-sleepers. Still not sure that this mattress will work long-term. Nectar has a great policy for return and we are trying to make it work.

Shipping time is misrepresented on the Website

Ordered this King size mattress to replace a Queen size Puffy mattress, that we loved by the way. We just wanted something bigger. Relocated the Puffy to another room in the house.
The mattress took a month to arrive from the date of purchase. The website said it would arrive in 4-7 business days. I would have ordered from Puffy instead had I known it would take so long. We had guests who we had planned on having a week after the supposed 4-7 days. They ended up sleeping on an air mattress instead of our old Puffy as we had planned. Not the end of the world, but not the impression we wanted to give off with our guests either.
The customer service throughout the ordeal was subpar. Nobody could give me a firm answer as to why it was delayed, or when we could expect it to ship. It was very frustrating.
The mattress itself is ok. Not quite as firm as the Puffy brand we've enjoyed the last couple of years. We will continue to try it out and decide later if we will keep it or not.

I recieved headboard and frame with in a week along w sheets and pillows, which was great, but my mattress estimated ship date has changed 3 times now! Ordered a month ago amd still hasnt shipped, when i sent an email asking about my order there was never a response. Im excited for the mattress to come but no idead when that will be!

Nectar Mattress and Headboard and frame are awesome

I was expecting to be disappointed, but I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality and value and ease of assembly.
It took a few weeks to get the mattress after the headboard and frame arrived,because there is high demand.
When it did arrive it was up and ready for bed that night , no weird smells, no creaking frame.. a very solid buy

Bed is a bit warm, I need it to breathe better. I have the mattress topper on and I'm wondering if that is the cause.
