I'm around 230 and so is she. We couldn't wait to use this. We had two older beds that we would have to switch back and forth because of pain. We didn't have to get used to this mattress. Night 1 was amazing. Subsequent nights as well. I don't sleep on my back anymore. Back to side sleeping. I can sleep for 8 hrs plus with no pain. Best mattress I've ever bought.

Best sleep ever!

I work 10 hour shifts in a warehouse, end of the day my body hurts. I’ve gone through all sorts of mattresses and ever since I got my nectar I’ve actually been waking up feeling refreshed. The issue is I don’t wanna get out of bed!

I'm finding my bed is too hard and uncomfortable. I wake up with my body hurting and achy.
I don't have an easy accessible way of finding my order number to see if there is something different I can try or return the bed.

We love the king size mattress from nectar but the bed frame with headboard is unstable and broke apart. I am trying to get a refund but it’s been a nightmare.

This thing is so comfy

I'll admit, some of the reviews made me worry I would want a foam topper because I like a soft bed. But this mattress is so comfortable and supportive. I just got it today so haven't slept in it yet, but I don't want to get out of it! It's a bit of a tight squeeze into the frame with headboard, but I like that there's no gaps between the mattress and frame. The only downside is it took over 3 weeks to arrive after I placed my order. Definitely worth the wait

Ordering, products, and delivery all terrific!

Ordered a new platform frame, king mattress, pillow, and headboard. The ordering process was transparent and efficient, with many details to help choose the best product for our needs. Everything arrived on time -- a little earlier than anticipated, in fact! -- and was well packaged. Putting the platform together took a bit of time, but the instructions and items provided were all correct, and we were surprised at the precision of it all. So far, the mattress and pillows are quite comfortable. The king pillows we ordered are bit more California King size, which is something to keep in mind when order pillowcase covers and pillowcases.
Headboard well-tufted with quality fabric. The only thing I'll say about that is there are two colors offered - gray and "linen". We ordered the linen, expecting an off-white to beige color. It's definitely more oatmeal or even taupe on the color wheel. While still somewhat of a neutral, I might have selected the gray had I known the resulting color would be darker than "linen". Nevertheless, we made it work.
Really impressed with every point in the process and the quality!
