Really great sleep and comfort. I think I miss the springs a little and miss a bit of the bounce but I think i will get used to it.

I like how supportive it is, and it’s easier on my shoulder than previous firm mattress, but I need it to be softer. Hoping the gel topper will do the trick.

Hot and back pain

I am a back sleeper and this mattress is too firm for me. My lower back aches more than ever as the mattress is not able to fill the gap between my back and my flutes. The back remains arched and without support and I wake up with back pain everyday. Any back sleeper experiencing the same?
It is also very hot for me. I have not had a good night sleep ever since I bought it unfortunately.

Waited 2 weeks for mattress and it arrived covered with some type of glue. Crease would not come out. Offered replacement but told me the replacement would be 3-4 weeks before it ships. Also I need to dispose of old mattress.
