Mattress too hard for myself and partner

I've had this mattress for about 6 months now and at first really struggled with how hard it was. I was getting back pains initially. I have started to get more comfortable on it but only when I sleep on my back. If I fall asleep on my side or stomach, I'll wake up with hip or back pain. My partner has had more issues with it than I have and her issues haven't gotten better over time.

An absolute game-changer in how

An absolute game-changer in how we sleep individually and as a couple. Not disturbing one another if we need to get up in the middle of the night has made such a huge difference. Far exceeding our expectations!

It’s okay so far

We’ve had the mattress a few weeks now, and though my husband seems to sleep okay, I have to get up and switch beds in the middle of the night. I’m not sure that there is enough support for me. Will give it a little longer but will return the mattress of the back pain doesn’t get better.
Also, the sheets that came with the mattress were stained, and the stains did not come out in the wash. We won’t be using them.

We've had this for about a month. Quite a different bed than we've used before. So far, so good! Sleeping well through the night.
